Total Health Cleanse 9-Day Detoxification Program removes the many toxins stored in the body’s fat cells. This product does not mask or suppress toxins; they are completely expelled from the body. What To Eat:
- Grilled or baked chicken, turkey, fish, or shrimp
- Salad (lettuce, vegetables with balsamic vinaigrette dressing only)
- Drink only bottled water, 100% cranberry juice, or green tea
- Steamed/raw vegetables (carrots, kale, tomato, or broccoli)
What Not To Eat:
- NO canned or prepackaged foods (high sodium content)
- NO bread, pizza, crackers, sugary cereals, etc.
- NO dessert or high calorie foods
- NO coffee, cokes, or alcoholic beverages
- NO ingredients you can’t pronounce!
- ABSOLUTELY NO FRIED FOODS OR FAST FOOD
TO EXERCISE OR NOT TO EXERCISE?
Many toxins are stored in your fat cells, and exercising a couple of hours a day while drinking plenty of fluids can help speed up the detox process.
